Last Family home evening we decided to have ice cream for our treat. We had some left over ice cream from Lizzie's birthday party and started dishing it up to the girls. Jeremy passed on the ice cream and I thought I'd have a small bowl. I started to scoop when I noticed one of the chocolate chips looked a little funny. On closer examination I saw this.........
For those of you who are checking that is a fly. It still nauseates me. I then looked at my girls shoveling their sweet little smiles with the previously dished ice cream. Oh...K I have to post this because just thinking about it makes me sick. Everyone enjoy your ice cream....

Seriously? That is disgusting. The fly looks enormous.
Kya and I say....Yucky! What I want to know is, was it mixed in there at the factory, or did it find its way there after the party. Either way, YUCK!

And from another point of view...what a sad, cold death for a fly.
Truthfully, I'd take a fly over what I witnessed in Haagen Daaz (sp?) one day. We went in and the guy was picking his nose and talking on the phone while dishing our ice cream! Plus he was Beyond hairy. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed!
